RIDER 

• Performance Area – 40’ x 40’ Grass Area

• Seating - 2 -3 bleachers with audience not facing sun during showtimes
  • Sound System – 2 - 4 Speakers (QSC Brand Preferred) Capable of covering venue with a sound mixer. Contractor will provides headset mic & music to plug into sound system.
  • Power Outlet - One power strip provided at sidewall tent.
  • Lighting – 1000 watt wash if shows are scheduled indoors or after dark. (No ambient lighting such as string lights, etc..) If performing fire routine, lights must have dimming capabilities.
  • Tent/Dressing Room/AC - 10’ x 10’ tent with sidewalls.  If temperature exceeds 80 degrees Air conditioning must be provided in tent. Or client must provide a trailer with AC for performer(s).
  • Show length / Timing – The show 25-30 minutes.  2 Shows a day on weekdays and 3 show a day on Fridays & weekends.  There can be no more than 2 hours between show start times.  

• Lodging - 2 Rooms for three performers must be provided by client.  Marriott brand hotel.
